How to book services:

  1. Read the therapy page so you know what to expect and understand the process.
  2. Submit a Therapy Request Form at the bottom of this page.
  3. We will respond to your request within 72 hours and let you know if we are able to accommodate your request and go over details as needed. 
  4. Once your request is approved we will manually schedule your therapy session and send a payment link or invoice to the email provided for service payment. Payment is due upon receipt in order to reserve the services requested.
  5. You're ready for Drop off.

What to expect:

  • We offer 30 minute to 3 hour in person Therapy Sessions at your location. 
  • We arrive and stay the entire scheduled session.
  • We bring a variety of our nursery and ESA Therapy Bunnies depending on party size and your needs.
  • We have a variety of things available to help your experience like playpens, a travel cart, blankets for holding, toys and treats.
  • During your therapy session you can hold, play with, brush and give treats to the bunnies. 
  • Sessions are paced by you during your time.
  • We will help guide people holding and interacting with the bunnies as they need.
Helpful Information:
  • We serve everyone. All ages and abilities are welcome for our sessions and services!
  • We serve Oregon and SW Washington. See our travel map below.
  • ​We travel directly to your location whether that is at your home, business or school! 
  • We cannot bring our bunnies to places that restrict animals to enter per private, state or federal regulations (like grocery stores).
  • Each session will cater to the specific needs of our clients. Details can be discussed through email. Please include any information or requests on your application to help us better help you.
**Licensed Non-Profit Businesses and organizations receive 50% off any service.** 
  • Provide your 501C3 number on your application
  • Once you are approved please add your 501C3 number on your payment. There is a place specifically for this. 
  • Use Code 'NonProfit50' at checkout whenever you are paying for your session services.

Therapy Travel Fees

We travel to you! Therapy Travel Fees are determined by your location. Please use the map to determine what your fee is. The Therapy Travel fee is in addition to your personal session fees. Contact us with questions. 

Therapy sessions are limited to locations inside the outermost circle (RED). If you are outside of the RED circle and are interested in Therapy services of any type, please send us a direct message. 
Black Circle:
  • 1- 5 miles from our location. 
  • Fee: $0.00
Purple Circle:
  • 6-10 miles from our location. 
  • Fee: $25.00
Blue Circle:
  • 11-15 miles from our location. 
  • Fee: $50.00
Red Circle:
  • 16-25 miles from our location. 
  • Fee: $100
  1. Read over all the information here and on our about page in order to decide what Therapy Option(s) works best for your needs. 
  2. Fill out a Therapy Application.
  3. Once your application is submitted we will go over it ASAP, generally within 48 hours. We will go over any details necessary, including total cost break down, fees, dates and times, etc.
  4. Once an application is approved:
    • if your session is the same day or within 24 hours, you must pay your session fees within 1 hour in order to guarantee it.
    • if your session is 25 hours-14 days in advance,  you must pay your session fees within 4 hours in order to guarantee it.
    • if your session is 15+ days in advance, you have 48 hours to pay your session fees in order to guarantee it.
  5. After these timelines you will need to contact us to reaffirm availability, upon reconfirmation of availability you have 1 hour to pay your session fees.
  6. All session fees can be paid through the Therapy Tab. 
  7. Once your session and fees are paid we will manually schedule your sessions and you will receive a confirmation email to the provided email address on your application.
  8. Please contact us with any questions.

    Therapy Application
    • You must follow the guidance and education from Shady Grove Rabbitry and their identified advocates as to their process and how to care for and handle each bunny during sessions. Every single time. And that if you do not or cannot manage the physical care of bunnies, Shady Grove Rabbitry has the right to revoke services at their discretion in order to maintain the health and safety of the bunnies, as well as their clients. 
    • Children and people under the age of 18 can participate in therapy sessions, parents must be present at all times. 
    • ​Any information you share with us is private and confidential. Our goal is to be informed, to educate and to support our clients in the best ways possible. 
    • We do our best to meet the needs and specific requests from our clients, we may not always be able to guarantee a specific date or time for sessions. We can also give you recommendations and/or alternative date/time choices.
    • Once your application is submitted we will respond to it ASAP, generally within 48 hours. We will go over any details necessary.
