About this item:

  • These are rooted plants from seed.
  • In 4" pots
  • We use our own organic hand mixed soil
  • 1 Plants per pot
  • Perennial Plant

Plant Information:

  • Broadleaf Sage (Salvia officinalis) Perennial herb lasts long into the cold of winter and will produce soft lilac-purple flowers in the summer to draw in honey bees. Soft green leaves are packed with a clean flavor. Great for soups, poultry, fish, and pork. Delicious fresh or dried! Easy to maintain. A delightful addition to the garden.

Care + Planting Instructions:

  • Continue to grow in the 4" pot until root appear through the bottom of the pot. You can then transplant into a larger pot or into your own garden.
  • Keep soil moist but not soggy.
  • Our plants are established to current outdoor temperatures.
  • If you grow your plant indoors, it needs bright direct light 6-8 hours per day or the use of a grow light.
