Available seasonally in limited qualities. We hand harvest, trim dry our organically grown pumpkin stems. Due to the fibrous nature of pumpkin stems and the varieties we grow, the stems dry really well and hold their shape. These make a flavorful crunchy snack that is very low in sugar and high in fiber.
Each package is 6"x9" and contains 40-50 stems. About 10oz by volume.
