Local Personal Delivery

We offer local delivery in Oregon and Washington only. Personal Delivery fees range between $50-$300 depending on distance and time. 

How to request personal delivery

1. Submit a Transport Request Form prior to reserving a bunny. This ensures we can accommodate your request.
2. We will respond to your request within 72 hours. If we deny your request we will explain why. If we approve your request we will send you a quote. Your quote is valid for 14 days. After 14 days you will need to submit another request.
3. When you reserve your bunny, you will select you have been approved for Personal Delivery. 
4. Once your reservation goes through we will send you an invoice for payment. It is due upon receipt.
5. Your account must be paid in full before a bunny leaves here. There are no exceptions.

How to request cargo shipping

1. Submit a Transport Request Form prior to reserving a bunny. This ensures we can accommodate your request.
2. We will respond to your request within 72 hours. If we deny your request we will explain why. If we approve your request it is valid for 14 days. After 14 days you will need to submit another request.
3. When you reserve your bunny, you will select you have been approved for Cargo Shipping and pay for Cargo Shipping at the time of reservation.
4. ​Your account must be paid in full before a bunny leaves here. There are no exceptions.

Cargo Fees:

Our cargo shipping fee is $600 per crate+ticket.
A second and third bunny ships FREE within the same crate IF:

1. Bunnies are under 12 weeks of age.
2. Or, Bunnies are the same gender.
3. Or, Bunnies are spayed/neutered and there's no chance of pregnancy.
4. Any other combination requires our approval. 

If your bunnies cannot fly together then they will need their own crate+ticket. 
Includes:

• We organize and manage all aspects of readying flight details
• Airline Flight Ticket
• Manage all documentation needed per airline regulations
• Transport to and from our Vet for exams, health certificate and/or weather acclimation certification
• An airline approved crate
• A water & food dish that attaches to the crate
• A reusable absorbent pad or low bed
• Transport from our location to PDX Airport

You keep everything that comes to you.

Personal Nanny Flight

We offer in cabin nanny transport from Portland International Airport (PDX) to your airport choice. You will meet us at your airport to pick up your bunny. In flight Personal Delivery will be Saturdays-Mondays only. 

• Nanny Flight Fees range between $600-$2000 depending on many factors.
• Sometimes Alaska does not have cargo shipping available to certain destinations but they do have regular flights available.
• Please contact us prior to reservation and we will give you a quote on how much personal delivery would be to your airport.

3. When you reserve your bunny, you will select you have been approved for Personal Nanny flight.
4. Once your reservation goes through we will send you an invoice for payment. It is due upon receipt.
