We get many inquiries every day and if the information can be found on our website we will likely not respond to your message. It's not personal, we simply cannot be on the phone/computer all day as our primary tasks are caring for all the floofs and fulfilling orders.

• We do not publish our full physical location on our website or any other social media place.
• For general location information we are located near the intersection of Murray Blvd and Teal Blvd in Beaverton, Oregon.
• For customers who need local pick up, purchase products and services our full address will be on the receipt that is emailed to you. 
• When you book services we manually update your appointment on the calendar which often includes, google meet links, our address, and your appointment details. 

​You can call or text directly but it's not the most efficient way and I can't usually answer the phone immediately.
