Appointment Guide
Helpful Information:
- Our Appointment Calendar is an essential component to our organization and day to day running.
- The calendar requires an 8hr window in order to book appointments. If you need a same day appointment or an appointment that is sooner please contact us directly and we will see if we can fit you in. We usually can.
- Please leave us a note indicating a relevant order number, adoptee name, or other relevant information so we can easily coordinate your appointment.
- Our Calendar is not typically available on Sundays and Mondays. We make exceptions for boarding pick up and drop off. Simply send us a message and we can manually add you to the calendar.
- You do not need to make an appointment to pick up a "Local Pick Up" order. Once your order is ready we will mark it "Ready for Pick Up" and you will receive an email. You can pick your order up at any point once it's ready.

What to Expect at your Meet & Greet:
Remember adoptions are first come, first served. Bunnies often are adopted quickly. There's no guarantee they'll be available for a Meet & Greet unless you reserve them.
It's a good idea to have 1 or 2 favorites picked out ahead of time.
In person Meet & Greet:
You can schedule an in person Meet & Greet by booking an appointment. We will verify your appointment and manually update it with our address and other details. On the day of your appointment, when you get here, feel free to knock or ring the front door bell. I will meet you and confirm which bunnies you'd like to meet. We'll sit in our meeting space on the front deck area and you can get acquainted with your potential fur baby. Typically bunnies and our foster animals who are available for a meet and greet can go home the same day, as long as they're old enough and ready. So it's good to come prepared with a take home carrier just in case. We do have carriers available for purchase.
Virtual Meet & Greet:
You can schedule a Virtual Meet & Greet by booking an appointment. We will manually update your appointment to include a link for a Google Meet Video Call. At the time of your appointment you can click on the link and go into the video chat room. Leave us a note of who you are interested in meeting. This is often useful for people who live further away or have busy schedules.
- You must be a serious adopter who is genuinely and intentionally interested in at least one of our currently available animals.
- And, you would like the opportunity to see if you have a connection with them as an ideal fit.
- Prior to booking a Meet & Greet you have done all your research and are an informed adopter that feels confident in adopting.
Meet & Greets are NOT:
- An opportunity to window shop, have a petting zoo experience or take a tour.
- A casual opportunity to visit our animals.
- An educational visit to do your research.

- We offer Meet & Greets as a curtesy to our adoptive families based on mutual respect for everyone time and effort.

Adoption Pick Up
Once your reservation/adoption is placed you will receive a welcome email within 48 hours that includes a link to book your pick up appointment. Your bunny has a Pick Up/Shipping Beginning Date (For Example: Pickup/Shipping Date beginning: 04/30/2022) Please pick a day within 7 days of their initial pick up date.
For bunnies that are available now (Over 8 Weeks of age) book within 7 days of your adoption date (The day you payed for them).
If you need a later pick up date just message us and we are happy to work with you.
