Surrender Process:

  1. Read over all the information here. 
  2. Please submit a Surrender Application to apply to place your bunny for adoption with us.​ You can add 1-3 bunnies/Guinea Pigs per form.
  3. We will respond to your Surrender Application within 48 hours and let you know if we are able to accommodate and go over details as needed. 
  4. Once confirmed you can schedule your surrender drop off by booking an appointment through the calendar. 
  5. You will receive a confirmation email.
  6. Please bring your bunny/guinea pig in a travel safe carrier.
  7. ​You're ready for Drop off.

    Surrender  Application:

    Everything with a red astrix * is required to be filled out, minimally. This helps us keep track of our fosters and any information we can get on them. If you miss one of them you won't be able to submit the application and will receive an error. Thank you for helping us help you more efficiently. <3
    You can include up to 3 pets per application.
    We can offer any of their supplies to their adoptive family. We can also donate supplies to other foster animals and adoptive families in need.

    We process our applications in the order received. Please give us 72 hrs. to respond. If you don't receive a response or have an emergency please sent us a direct message or email.
