Shady Grove Organic Rainbow Chicken Eggs

Our beautiful multi-color rainbow eggs are from our very own lovely fluffy butt club.
We collect eggs twice per day, 7 days per week. Nesting Boxes are cleaned daily and our girls are kept in top condition to be able to produce their beautiful eggs.
Our chickens are ethically raised with a lot of love and care. They are handled and hand raised from hatching. They are happy healthy girls living a free ranged life chasing bugs, digging in the compost pile and sun bathing their fluffy butts. We are a rooster free urban farm so there are no risks to getting fertilized eggs.
We offer our chickens an organic feed appropriate for their needs, supplements like calcium and grit for digestion. They get organic scratch daily and treats like cabbage and apples. The girls have unlimited access to their own worm farm compost and all the bugs and organics they gather while free ranging and foraging.
Purchasing Eggs:
- RESTOCK is SATURDAYS at Noon.
- We typically have between 6-12 dozen eggs available each week from Spring through Fall. Winter we have less eggs we usually have 2-6 dozen eggs available each week.
- Eggs are available after each restock until they are sold out.
You will receive two emails.
- A purchase receipt when you place your order. Our address is at the bottom of that email receipt.
- An email letting you know "Your order is ready for pick up." This means it has been place in our Self Serve Pick Up Area and you can come pick your order up at any point that is convenient for you.
Please Note: If it's too hot or too cold, we will put your order in the large cooler.
About Our Eggs:
- They are organic and antibiotic free.
- Available in 6 and 12ct in limited quantities every week.
- We candle our farm eggs prior to direct sale to the consumer to ensure quality as defined by Federal grading regulations.
- Our eggs are unwashed unless you indicate you would like them wet washed and hand dried.
- Our eggs are labeled ungraded.
- We are license exempt because we are a very small producer.
